Common Purpose is a change agent being used to recruit and train the commissars and apparatchiks needed to implement New Labour’s hidden EU communitarian agenda.
Common Purpose is a fact, not a conspiracy.

Common Purpose is an unproven conspiracy theory, just like the vast majority of conspiracy theories listed on this website.
The concept of a group of people trying to control the direction of a country or the world behind the scenes and no one is meant to know what they are doing, but a small group of dedicated people have discovered the truth is a classic conspiracy and a the plot for multiple books and films. It’s another example of a New World Order conspiracy theory.
I’m sure there are lots of groups and individuals working behind the scenes to change the direction of various countries and the world, but the idea there’s a big group “trying to take over the world” (quote from Brain in the cartoon Pinky and the Brain :-)) is a bit far fetched and has no serious supporting evidence.
If they are so powerful and organised what’s taking them so long in taking over?

Well, for starters..it will probably be 75 to 80 percent of the population VS “big group” which is only about 25 to 20 percent of the population, probably even less than that. They would be ruining it for themselves if they just decided to lock everyone up in hopes of taking over the world.
They do it very slick. These people know a lot of things that we don’t know…there is so much differences and opinions in the world which they force feed us in media and pop culture that it causes confusion and choas. This is an easy yet slow way to “devide and conquer”. Imagine if we really came from aliens (gods) and it was the only thing that EVERYONE knew to be the absolute truth. Would there be any differences of opinions in the world with all these different religions? We would more than likely have the same mind set or a better understanding of things and we sould all get along for the most part. Shoot, I have to get back into work…
The only thing you can do with con. theories other than trying to figure out if its true or not is to think critically for yourself and just understand that the possibility is there.

There are plenty of conspiracies, some are entirely legitimate, a consortium of developers could be deemed a conspiracy,as could the Wright brothers who were at pains to protect their secrets until they could get paid for them. As to murky sinister NWO type scenarios, I am certain that there are many who seek covertly to change the patterns of human activity in different areas so as to further their agendas, but overall I find most of these posited conspiracies to be ludicrous. We need to remember that there is a very strong instinct to mess up other peoples plans if we don’t like them and I will be heading to bald Mountain to live with the lizard-people when Lex-Luther nukes california to create a new coastline. When the world does not end in 2012 there will be those who will say,no it’s going to happen on June 12th 2102 at 2 minutes past Nine. dumb vivimus vivamus. Personally, I think this conspiracy theory is rather ridiculous. I used to work for a charity and they have to be tightly regulated. The idea that a small Uk charity has the time and resource to manipulate the british government and try to build an EU state doesn’t makes no sense to me. I did a bit of research and found ‘key facts’ on their website http://www.commonpurpose.org.uk/aboutus/keyfacts.aspx
I agree with previous comment- if they were that powerful then why havent they taken over the world already?
The chap who said charities are tightly regulated must have worked in one a long time ago!
CommonPurpose is a charity that seems to be funded by the E.U that only wants to recruit people in high-positioned jobs in the Civil Services. The course they give are secret(you are not allowed to talk about the course you were on)HOW IS THIS A CHARITY?If it’s so innocous then why the secrecy? How much money does CommonPurpose get each year and from where?Go and try and find some facts on CommonPurpose,if you can.I think their CommonPurpose is E.U integration for Britain.
Hello, we are from Russia. What do you think about this Conspiracy theory

Since the New World Order ‘conspiracy’ has now been shown to be true…. what does this say about this website? Conspiracies happen all of the time … Gladio, Gulf of Tonkin, Northwoods, ad nausea … all true, real conspiracies. 9/11 as well, the empirical evidence for which is overwhelming. … But, of course, this website will try to say…. all just conspiracy theories… LOL.
An earlier poster said that the course is secret. Not so, the syllabus for the courses are easily available and and are quite detailed. They are based on the book by Julia Middleton ‘Leading Beyond Authority’. The course encourages the participants to spread their influence beyond the four walls of their individual departments that they work in. A lot of it is about networking. The confidential part is to do with what actually goes on in the courses with the participants. This makes sense as private issues will come up and problems in the work place will come up in discussions . Confidentiality is important so that the individual can speak openly and freely. You get this on any personal development course so it’s not unusual or sinister.
Julia Middleton is attempting to make what is done as a matter of course in society into a big new idea and making a lot of money out of it.

I watched the Common Purpose DVD, made by the Libertarian group TPUC featuring Europhobe Brian Gerrish which doing the rounds, this weekend.
This guy is a slick and professional businessman, who gets paid for his appearences and has a newspaper to sell.
He provides no information to to back up his claim that this group is controlling events to bring about the changes he clearly doesn’t want. The evidence provided does show that Common Purpose do ‘exactly what it says on the tin’, check out their website.
He or you may not like what they are doing but its no more sinister than the other group mentioned ‘Demos’.
Conspiracy theories are by their nature unfalsifiable and therefore unbelievable.
On another note watch his body language if you get a chance to watch the DVD he’s constantly wringing his hands!
Breaking news a relialke source has confirmed that Elvis has been found living with JFK at Area 51 and they’re faking moon landings!

Common Purpose is a nasty operation.
Whether or not the wider conspiracy, I dislike the idea of behind the scenes networking within higher echelons of Civil Service. Highly overpaid non-jobs for the cronies; that’s what it’s about. As for the social control aspect – look with your own eyes!!
It’s everywhere; it’s all “you will hear the message even if you’re doing it already or don’t then go and do it” mentality. Look at the centralized attempts to control us, from cradle to grave, and look at the way these bankers dictate to govenment not to regulate them but instead further regulate the man on the street. This is what it’s about. Even if exaggerated, it’s real.
Common Purpose is a communitarian organization. It fits perfectly into the methods used to “shore up” people’s moral, social and political environment. All global citizens must be taught their new responsibilities for global citizenship.
Common Purpose is but one of the thousands of global organizations created to “teach” us all to evolve into compliant communitarians. The goal of all these training centers is the same. Groups as diverse as the Copper River Watershed to Common Purpose in the UK all share the same philosophy. They all concern themselves with helping us become more enlightened citizens for a sustainable future.
In the USA we have the Communitarian Network. To understand this Common Purpose conspiracy all you need to do is read all 30 books written by the founder of the network, the self-described “guru” Dr. Amitai Etzioni.
BTW, Communitarianism offers zero returns at this website. Nobody’s supposed to talk openly about the philosophical values driving all this necessary human change training. It’s all too verifiable.
