schoolboy666 i appreciate your young and still in school but if you want to learn about the jfk assassination you need to read and research . as i said above read the expert warren commission testimony i posted above regarding the rusted condition of the manlicher carcano (the supposed murder weapon) ,have a read of the sworn affidavits of eye and ear witnesses to tippits killing that say the time of the killing was just after 1.00pm and not 1.16pm.

at 1.00pm oswald was still either in his rooming house or being observed by his landlady earlene roberts standing at the nearby bus stop ,that makes it impossible for oswald to have killed tippit.

check out the witness from elm street who said they heard a shot or shots from the knoll area and see how many of them were called to testify at the warren commission.

oswald worked on the 6th floor that morning as they were laying a new plywood floor ,he was there with about 5 other men including his supervisor bill shelly ,he had no opportunity to build the snipers nest or assemble the rifle which would have taken about 10 minutes.

oswalds co workers and his supervisor left the 6th floor and went down to the 1st floor for lunch about 11.45 am oswald stayed behind for a few minutes (oswald asked them to send the elevator back up for him )charles givens one of oswalds co workers forget his cigaretes and went straight back up to the 6th floor to get them.

givens said oswald had his clip board in his hand and was walking toward the elevator ,oswald went down to the 1st floor around 11.50 where he was seen by his supervisor bill shelly. he was seen by (and spoken to )by eddie piper on the 1st floor at about midday .oswald said he ate in the lunchroom and that he witnessed two negros one called junior (junior jarmin ) and he said junior was with a short negro whos name he did not know (harold norman ,norman said someone was there but he couldnt say who)if oswald was on the 6th floor all the time how could he have known who was in the 1st floor lunchroom.

oswald was seen some time around 12.15 or a little after by carolyn arnold eating his lunch alone ,he was next seen no more than 90 seconds after the shooting on the second floor drinking a coke by officer marion baker and building manager roy truly.

a man called bonny ray williams was on the 6th floor between 12.00pm and 12.25 pm eating his lunch near the snipers nest area and never saw oswald at any time, williams then left the 6th floor and went down to his co workers on the fifth floor arriving there only a few minutes before jfk arrived on elm street . arnold rowland was standing on elm street and saw a man with a rifle in a window at the other end of the book depository at about 12.15pm when oswald was in the lunchroom .

a witness on elm street saw sparks on the road between jfks limo and the curb (where a missed bullet struck the road) another bullet missed the limo and hit the curb towards the triple underpass (either a fragment of this bullet or a piece of concrete from the curb struck james tague who was standing by the underpass) originally the warren commission account for all the wounds in jfk and connally with 3 bullets .

then they were forced to change their mind and had to admit one bullet missed and hit the curb (a fourth shot from oswald was impossible in the time scale and so a fourth shot if fired would have had to come from a second rifle and second shooter) ,a second shooter means there was a conspiracy so then and only then did they came up with the lie of the single bullet theory.

the fragments of bullets taken from john connallys wrist along with a large fragment that remained in his left leg untill the day he died weighed to much to have come from the near pristine magic bullet ,doctor humes when asked by the warren commission if all the fragments could have come from the near pristine bullet doctor humes replied
“i cant concieve of where the fragments could have come from on the bullet” humes also probed jfks back wound with both his finger and a surgical probe and found that the wound was shallow and it had no exit point. how many bullets are we talking about now ?, the magic bullet found on the stretcher at parklands/then we have the shallow back wound /the throath wound /bullet that hit the street on elm and caused sparks/ bullet that hit the curb near the underpass/ thats potentialy 5 shots and i havent mentioned connallys wounds yet.

read and research as much as you can ,and dont just go to one forum and take everything they say as gospel truth .go to other forums and read books (read the sworn affidavits and warren testimony online ) double and treble check all the facts from multiple sources .
