david marina didnt know the colour of the camera with which she supposedly took the backyard photographs ,she didnt know if a person would look down in to a view finder or hold the camera up to their eye ,she initialy claimed she took only one photograph ,she claimed also to have had her back to the stairs while taking the photographs . it seems she had absolutely no knowledge of the camera the colour of it or how it was operated or even how many photographs she took and to top it all off she supposedly had her back to the stairs when taking the photographs ,anyone looking at the backyard photographs can see the stairs is to the front and left of the photographer and not behind .

sadly when oswald was interrogated nothing was recorded and no transcript was made of what oswald said ,all we have are handwritten notes by will fritz and bookhaut and hosty . fritz handled the shells in the snipers nest before they were photographed and tested for prints (and lied about doing so ,luke mooney and tom alyea verified that it was true )he denied having spoken to roger craig in his outer office only to recant that and say he did speak to craig in the outer office ,and then when told by craig that he saw a man he believed was oswald run down the grass in front of the book depository and get in to a car (which was verified by 3 other witnesses) is told dont worry about it we have our man and that was only about 3 hours after they found the rifle and really only at the start of the investigation .

oswald also said when being shown the backyard photograph that the photo was fake and that his head had been superimposed on some one elses body .

oswalds post office box account is in the name of oswald the rifle was ordered in the name a hiddel ,anyone can look at oswalds post office box application form and see that the post office box account holder can specify that other people can recieve post via his post office box .but the names of these people must be on the application form ,the only name on oswalds application form authorised to recieve mail from that post office box is lee oswald ,a hiddel is not listed on the application form nor is anyone other than oswald that means oswald couldnt recieve mail in that box under the name hiddel .

if hiddel is not athorised to recieve mail in that box a package for a hiddel would be returned to the sender .

did oswald shoot tippit ? the witnesses seem to be a bit confused .we know oswald only had two coats a blue coat (that was found in the book depository at some stage after the assassination )and the second coat that we were told by the warren commision is the coat now in the national archives which oswald supposedly discarded after shooting tippit . the coat in the archives is a light tan coat ,atleast 3 witnesses said the killer wore a dark or black coat ,willaim whalley told the commision that oswald wore a faded blue coat while he was in whalleys cab (but oswalds blue coat was later found in the book depository ?) no faded blue coat was found in oswalds rooming house where he changed his clothes (so did oswald leave the rooming house with the blue coat on ?)earlene roberts oswalds landlady when shown the light tan coat said she believed the coat oswald wore was darker ,so what happened to the faded blue coat ?.

the light tan coat that was discarded by the killer was never linked to oswald in any way ,in fact marina said he did all lees laundry (but there was a laundry tag attached to the coat )and even with the specif details on the laundry tag they never linked the coat to oswald .

aquilla clemmons saw two men ,one man with the gun waving the other man away ,she said the man with the gun was short a bit chunky and had bushy hair (clearly not oswald )helen markham told mark lane the shooter was short a little heavy with bushy hair ,she told agent odum he was young maybe 18 with black hair .

domingo benavides a witness to the shooting was shown a coat by the warren commision and said yes thats the coat the killer wore ,the problem here is that benavides was shown the wrong coat .
